Payment is due at the time of service. A 10% penalty is charged per month overdue.
Please give me 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Life happens, and in general, I won’t charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, but I reserve the right to charge for the total value of the appointment if, in my sole discretion, I think it wise. I may refuse service in the future if a client doesn’t show for an appointment or doesn’t pay promptly for services.
If you book a session through the website, you’ll receive an email with your details and a link to verify, cancel, or change your appointment. Otherwise, you may contact me directly at 303-550-1102 or at admin@twooaksguide.com to make adjustments to your appointment.
I’ve never been asked for a refund. But, if you’re not satisfied with your coaching session for any reason, I’ll refund your money 100%. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After two weeks, my coaching fee is not refundable. If, after 2 weeks, and in my sole discretion and the presence of a qualifying event, I may decide to refund all or part of your fee. You may request a refund through email: admin@twooaksguide.com.
